The path to vision begins with the end in mind. Let's envision 10 years, plan for 3 years, execute for 1 year, and prioritize for 90-days.
Monthly Half-Day Workshop
Gather together with your cohort of 4-5 other non-profit founders and directors for community and skill-building. This is the foundation of our work together as doing leadership in community with others is the #1 factor for success and growth.
Monthly Coaching Session
Coaching is one of the most effective tools for helping leaders learn to find the best solution to their obstacles and to stay laser-focused on their mission. Coaching provides solutions and accountability to keep the key leader effective.
Transformational for Us
BTA has been transformational for us! Being with other leaders who are in the same place helps us to not feel alone in our personal growth. Each meeting is intentional with the topics that are covered. Kevin and Ron listen to the needs of the group to customize each gathering.
